Shipping outside the EU & to the Canary Islands
We dispatch from the Czech Republic. Deliveries to Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland and the Canary Islands also require import clearance.
Important: import charges are not included in your checkout total.
We ship on DAP terms. As the recipient, you pay any applicable import taxes, customs duties and import-clearance fees before delivery, following the carrier’s or customs representative’s instructions.

What may be charged separately
Import tax, any customs duty and destination clearance fees. The amount depends on the destination, parcel value and contents, and the clearance provider’s charges.

Which non-EU destinations do you serve?
We offer delivery to Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland, dispatched from the Czech Republic. See the shipping overview below for current services and starting prices; check availability for your exact address at checkout.
What does DAP mean for me?
We arrange transport to the agreed destination. As the importer, you pay any applicable import taxes, customs duties and import clearance costs. These are collected separately as instructed by the carrier or customs representative, rather than as part of your payment to our shop.
Why does checkout show 0% VAT?
We do not charge EU VAT on these export deliveries. This does not mean that your purchase is free of tax in the destination: local import tax and other applicable charges may be collected before delivery. OSS for EU consumer deliveries does not apply to these shipments.
What about the Canary Islands?
The Canary Islands are part of Spain and the EU customs territory, but outside the EU VAT territory. Parcels require clearance. Our checkout applies 0% EU VAT; local import taxes, such as IGIC, and clearance fees may be payable before delivery. These are not ordinary mainland-Spain deliveries.
How can I check shipping and import costs?
Shipping depends on parcel weight. Starting prices are on our shipping page and the final shop total is shown at checkout. Import charges are separate: check them with the destination customs authority or clearance provider before ordering. We cannot guarantee their exact amount.
What should I do before delivery?
Enter your correct address, email and phone number. Watch for messages from the carrier or customs representative, provide any requested details and pay applicable import charges as instructed. If you need an order document, email us your order number.
When does the transit time start?
Transit time starts when the carrier receives the parcel, not when you place the order. Import clearance may add time. See the shipping overview for estimates and service-specific information.
