Shipping to non-EU countries

We now also deliver goods outside the European Union, specifically to Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland. 
Important information for customers from non-EU countries:
Delivery terms are always DAP - that means that the customer - importer pays duties, taxes and customs clearance fee. The amount of fees depends on the country and the quantity ordered and will be charged before delivery of the shipment.

Shipments to the Canary Islands also require customs clearance, the customer will pay VAT and customs fees before receiving the package.

Shipping costs are charged according to the weight of the shipment and include a fee for customs services upon export and a fee for proof that the shipment has left the European Union (important for VAT deduction when purchasing from the e-shop).
