    Product detailed description

    Very fine yarn thanks to the small fibre thickness (only 19.5 microns) and the silk blend. I recommend it even for the most sensitive individuals, the yarn is suitable for scarves, shawls and children.
    Composition: 75% merino wool extrafine and 25% mulberry silk, the yarn has a superwash treatment, so it can be washed in a washing machine on a delicate programme up to 40°C with wool detergent. Thanks to the addition of silk, the fibre is soft and has a shiny touch. The fibres are mixed before spinning to ensure that they are inextricably bound together.
    The yarn should always be soaked before dyeing, ideally in water with vinegar or citric acid if it is to be dyed with acid-based dyes or at least with a mild detergent designed for woollen fabrics.
    Weight/weight: 100 g = approx. 800 metres
    Recommended needle thickness: 3 - 4 mm
    Sample size: 10 x 10 cm = 32 stitches x 40 rows on 3.25 mm needles (US 3)
