RETURNS
If the product does not suit you for any reason (color or size), you can return it without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. The goods must be unused, undamaged and ideally with the original label. In the package with the goods, send us either the delivery note that you had in the package or at least some contact information that agrees with the contact information from the original order, so that we can trace the connection. The buyer bears the costs of the return.
Send the goods only to the showroom address (not to the company headquarters from the invoice and not to any distribution points)

After checking the content, we will send you the amount for the returned goods in the form in which you paid for the goods, in the case of payment on delivery, send us the bank details by email to kreativni@prostor.cz.
COMPLAINTS
We always check the goods thoroughly before sending, however, it may happen that a hidden defect or damage is found. In this case, take a photo of the goods and describe the defect either by email kreativni@prostor.cz or on Whatsapp +420607552687 and we will solve the problem together. (Exchange / refund of partial or full purchase price - depending on the defect) Complaints are governed by the complaints procedure - see. Terms and conditions.
If the goods are damaged during transport (you are obliged to check the packaging upon receipt and write a complaint to the carrier), we need a copy (photo) of this complaint so that we can apply it to the carrier. You also have the right not to accept the package if it is significantly damaged. We will continue to proceed with damaged goods according to the complaints procedure - see.Terms and conditions.
