Order process and possibility of change
WHAT WE OFFER WITHIN OUR SERVICES
We will not write about the standard order process here (in addition to the automatic confirmation, you will also receive information about the preparation of the order, pickup by the carrier and a link to track the shipment), all of this is a matter of course, but what is extra:
THE POSSIBILITY OF CHANGES OR ADDITIONS EVEN TO THE PAID ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SENT TO US.
If you find that you forgot to order something or ordered it incorrectly, nothing happens, we will adjust everything if you let us know in time. How to proceed in these cases:
I NEED TO ADD SOMETHING - If it is one or two items and there is sufficient quantity in stock, write to us in the form of a reply to the automatic confirmation, here we see the order number, we will add the goods and in the case of previous payment by transfer or online payment, we will send a link or bank details for the additional payment. In the case of cash on delivery, the amount is simply increased. If you need an item that is in low stock and is in danger of being sold out before we add the goods to the order, place another order and specify the shipping method as "personal collection" and write in the notes - add to previous order. You can also pay for the order immediately if you want, so you do not pay additional shipping costs.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING - Simply write in the form of a reply to the automatic confirmation what you need to change and we will adjust it. If the change means adding another or different item, proceed as in the first case.
I NEED TO CANCEL THE ORDER - No problem, write to us again in the form of a reply to the automatic confirmation that you are canceling the order. If the order has already been paid for, we will refund the money immediately during working hours, if the order is on cash on delivery, write anyway, because if you plan not to accept the order and it is returned to us, be aware of the violation of the terms and conditions and the occurrence of additional costs that we can recover - see. Terms and conditions. Not only do we have to pay for shipping to you, we also pay for the return and that really sucks.. If this happens a second time, we will not send you anything on cash on delivery again, only with advance payment. Generally speaking, problems are meant to be solved, just get in touch and we will solve everything somehow.
I NEED TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS - No problem, if we have not already sent the order (you will have information about this in the email in advance), just write again what you need to edit, we can also change the billing address if you need to.
I NEED SOMETHING ELSE - If you haven't found the answers to your problem, simply write or call and we will try to accommodate you.
ALL THESE CHANGES CAN BE MADE BEFORE SENDING THE ORDER, OF WHICH YOU WILL BE INFORMED IN TIME BY EMAIL. SO DON'T HESITATE AND CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you have already received information about the shipment being handed over to the carrier, unfortunately it is too late to make changes, then you can proceed in the standard form, namely by withdrawing from the contract, i.e. by sending back the goods you do not want (must be unused) either partially or the entire order. The costs of sending back are paid by the customer, send the goods to the contact address: PROSTOR, spol.s r.o., Drážní 1182/5, Brno, 62700. After receipt, we will refund you the money in the form in which the order was paid, in the case of cash on delivery, please provide the account number.
