    Product detailed description

    Mini skeins are great for small projects, gradient coloring, gradual shading or for beginners to try :)
    A very fine yarn thanks to its small fibre thickness (only 19.5 microns) and at the same time strong thanks to the nylon blend, it is therefore suitable for socks, gloves or other garments that may be subject to more stress. I recommend it also for children and sensitive people.
    Composition: 85% merino wool extrafine and 15% nylon, the yarn has a superwash treatment, so it can be washed in the washing machine on a delicate programme up to 40°C with wool detergent.
     
    The yarn should always be soaked before dyeing, ideally in water with vinegar or citric acid if it is to be dyed with acid-based dyes or at least with a mild detergent designed for woollen fabrics.
     
    Weight/string: 20g = approx. 80 metres
    Recommended needle thickness: 2.5 - 4 mm
    Sample size: 10 x 10 cm = 28 stitches x 36 rows on 3.25 mm needles (US 3)
