    Product detailed description

    Mini skeins are great for small projects, gradient coloring, gradual shading or for beginners to try :)
    Extra fine 100% merino, only 19.5 microns, is strong and comfortable on the skin, has excellent wearing properties, its natural elasticity allows garments to return to their original shape. Merino is highly breathable, moisture-wicking, antibacterial, cooling in summer and warming in winter. Our merino is spun from extra long fibres, creating a yarn that is both soft and strong.
    Mulesing free.
    Composition: 100% merino, the yarn has a superwash treatment, so it can be washed in a washing machine on a delicate programme up to 40°C with wool detergent.
    The yarn should always be soaked before dyeing, ideally in water with vinegar or citric acid if it is to be dyed with acid-based dyes or at least with a mild detergent designed for woollen fabrics.
    Weight/weight: 20 g = approx. 80 metres
    Recommended needle thickness: 2.5 - 4 mm
    Sample size: 10 x 10 cm = 28 stitches x 36 rows on 3.25 mm needles (US 3)
