MILA sewing cord is intended especially for the new technique of producing decorative items - zig zag sewing. The cord is stiff enough, but at the same time flexible, so that the resulting product holds its shape well, it has a pleasant feel and is made of recycled cotton. It is suitable for the production of various baskets, bags or handbags, placemats, cushions or bathroom rugs. The cord is not elastic at all, so it does not twist or stretch when sewing. It can also be used for the macramé technique - creating knots, but rather for larger projects or for example for a hanging flower pot, it is strong enough. It cannot be combed, use Single twist or 3PLY ropes for macrame decorations, e.g. leaves. In order for your skein to unravel well, you need to pull the cord marked with a knot.
It is recommended to wash by hand or for gentle washing in the washing machine at 30°C
Composition: 100% recycled cotton, polyester core, shades may vary depending on the production batch, we recommend ordering enough to complete the project, estimated consumption of 1 skein to make a basket by sewing - approx. 35x45 cm.
